Monday, January 4th, 2010Nothing against the ageless one, but it is time for him to step down from public broadcasting.
I checked in on the former Bandstand guru a few minutes after midnight. Frankly, it was painful to watch. While the recovery from his stroke has been remarkable, watching him try to enunciate unsuccessfully made me want to change the channel immediately. I can’t imagine that anyone else watching was equally disturbed.
We’ve loved Dick’s Rockin’ New Years Eve for years, but there isn’t a need for him to be on the air himself any more.
Of course it will be on FOX
Wednesday, April 8th, 2009According to the AP, Fox will create another reality show that invovles kicking someone off. But this time, it will be based around the economic climate.
The Fox network is making a reality show titled, “Someone’s Gotta Go,” out of the troubled economy, and lets co-workers decide who gets the axe. Each week, a different company lays off an employee.
Uh, isn’t this show just called “CNBC”??
